Those kid pictures I promised in the last post.

Okay, back to kid pictures. Marcus made the word "conka". Yes I know that's not a word, but he made it and he pronounced it according to regular phonics rules. Please ignore the dirt on the carpet.




This picture was taken when my little darlings were supposed to be getting dressed. Instead they rooted a game out of the schoolroom closet and started playing it. Parenting is awesome.


 


I got Marcus a new set of markers.  He hasn't been interested in drawing or coloring at all, and my theory was because his markers weren't like his brother's markers; they were baby markers.  I picked up a set just like Stuart's, and he seems to be enjoying them.  I should mention that when he saw the paper I set out, he just ignored the markers and put the entire stack of blank paper into his ring binder.  He likes to put paper into his ring binder.  If you look carefully at Marcus' face, you can see remnants of the smoothie I featured in the last post.

Stuart, who feels craft-deprived, is making a pirate ship out of a cereal box.  It's all he wants to do.
 


I don't know why he made this face, but I remember that it was my fault.
