No topic, just pictures.

I have no burning topic to discuss with you. I'm too busy with school still, and next week I get busier--but with swim classes for both boys. At least this year's school plan, three weeks in, is finally falling into place. Here are a few things to share from the last few days.

Stuart is attending Sunday School for the first time. One of his (many) homework assignments was to pray to his guardian angel. This is how he chose to pray. He consented to me taking a picture:

Normally, while listening to me read his history aloud, Stuart colors the page that comes with his history curriculum (SOTW Vol. 1). Yesterday, Marcus decided to show up and color, too. Then he connected all of his markers together and left them in this artful construction I like to call, "preschool stinker". You can see, top center of the photo, that Marcus has wandered into the kitchen without putting away his art.

This morning Marcus was "too tired" to do anything. Except his brother's Perplexus! He is surprisingly competent, given his age.

The boys were supposed to be getting ready to go to the park for a picnic lunch. Instead, they snuck into the garage and constructed the puppet stage kit they got from Lowe's. Entirely on their own, although Stuart says it was mostly him. The stage is on the work bench, to the left of Marcus's head.
